The Worcester Red Sox began the first of a two-week road trip with a series against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders at PNC Field in Moosic, Pennsylvania, and stumbled mightily against their International League East Division rivals, losing four of six contests while giving up double-digit runs three of those losses. Their record now stands at 25-26.
