  1. Am I reading that right? Mike Tirico is calling two Wild Card games on back-to-back days? Does NBC not have a third play-by-play man?

      1. Oh, right. Well, I get why they cut Michaels, but they don’t have a fourth option? If they’re sticking with Tirico, he has to do the game in Kansas City, then catch a red-eye to Detroit (or fly the following morning) and do that game. At least he’ll have different commentators for both games, but he’s still going to be worn out.
