The WooSox improved their second-half record to 23-21 and are now three games behind Rochester in the loss column for the top spot in the division.

*Monday, August 12: Boston recalled Bailey Horn from Worcester, selected Chase Shugart and Mickey Gasper from Worcester, and optioned Brennan Bernardino and Brad Keller to Worcester. Keller declined the assignment and became a free agent.
*Tuesday, August 13: Boston re-signed Brad Keller to a minor league contract and assigned him to Worcester. Worcester added Roman Anthony, Marcelo Mayer, and Kyle Teel from Portland, activated Dalton Guthrie from the 7-day injured list, and activated Shane Drohan from the development list.
