1998 at Hartford 5-2 loss (New England Division F, trail 1-0)
The Worcester IceCats tied the game with a third period goal but then gave up the next three in a 5-2 loss to the Wolf Pack. After a scoreless opening twenty minutes Ken Gernander gave the Pak the lead at 9:07 of the middle period on the power play. Ricard Persson tied it on the power play at 13:53 when he one-timed a feed from Bob Lachance. Robert Petrovicky had the secondary assist. Vladimir Vorobiev have Hartford the elad back at 15:08. in the third period Mike Prokopec tied it when Jamal Mayers shot hit him in the leg and bounced in at 6:52, with Stephane Roy also getting an assist. But from there it was all Wolf Pack, as Brad Smyth scored at 15:34 and Peter Ferraro at 18:17 to put the game out of reach. Rich Brennan added an empty net goal at 19:10 for the 5-2 final. Fred Cassvi made 24 saves in the game.

2000 vs Hartford 3-2 loss (New England Division F, trail 3-1)
(TICKER) Jean-Francois Labbe turned aside 35 shots as the Hartford Wolf Pack topped the Worcester IceCats, 3-2, to take a commanding three games to one lead in their playoff series. Labbe had 14 saves in the opening period and 11 in the third to improve his playoff record to 6-2. Ken Gernander and Brad Smyth scored consecutive goals in a 1:41 span in the first period for Hartford, which will host Game Five on Sunday. Alexei Vasiliev added a goal with 5:22 left in the second session to supply the Wolf Pack with a three-goal lead. Jamie Pollock and Ladislav Nagy both scored in the final period for Worcester. Brent Johnson made 28 saves in the loss for the IceCats.

2015 at Hershey 4-1 win (Eastern Conference QF, trail 2-1)
(WORSHARKS) The Worcester Sharks (#7 seed in East) will play another game after defeating the host Hershey Bears (#2 seed in East) by the score of 4-1 in front 8,991 fans at the GIANT Center on Wednesday evening in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. Micheal Haley and Chris Tierney each scored a goal and added an assist while Troy Grosenick made 27 saves in net for the win. Ryan Carpenter netted the game winner at 3:55 of the second period while Taylor Fedun added an insurance strike early in the third period for Worcester. Liam O’Brien gave Hershey an early 1-0 lead while Pheonix Copley made 29 saves in net for the loss. Hershey grabbed an early 1-0 lead in the first period after the Sharks failed to clear the puck, Karl Stollery broke his stick, and Liam O’Brien (1st) zapped a quick snap shot from 15 feet that beat goaltender Troy Grosenick at 3:13. Worcester trailed 1-0 after 20 minutes and held a 9-8 shot advantage. Worcester came out flying in the second period and scored twice in the first 3:55 in the middle frame to take a 2-1 lead. Chris Tierney (1st) struck on the power play with a tap in strike from on top of the crease after a nice feed from Daniil Tarasov at 1:01. Ryan Carpenter (1st) buried a puck during a goal mouth scramble at 3:55 to give Worcester a 2-1 advantage. Travis Oleksuk scored again at 13:54 but was called for goaltender interference after a Bears defender crashed into his goalie Pheonix Copley to erase the goal. Worcester outshot Hershey 19-8 in the middle frame as the Sharks took a 2-1 lead into the second intermission. Worcester added an insurance goal at 5:37 with a 5-on-3 power play goal by Taylor Fedun (1st) to give the Sharks a 3-1 lead. Troy Grosenick was busy in the final frame with 12 saves while Micheal Haley (2nd) sealed the win with an empty netter at 19:53 for the 4-1 road victory.
